Annette is interested in systems approaches to creating change; the kind that spur dominos to fall over. She feels we have access to a range of tools to create positive, regenerative change. These include agile and lean approaches, behaviour change tools, communications techniques such as storytelling as well as technology, design and curation capabilities. She understands the tension between emergent and strategic methods of change.

Annette is an advocate for prevention and finding a good balance between treating symptoms and their deeper causes. She is interested in evidence based responses with a spark of risk. Her vision is for lean processes and collaborative approaches towards enduring positive change.

She enjoys working with those who are committed to the better world we all know is possible.
